Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
• Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the total service amount.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable and will be charged at 100% of the total service amount.

Transfers
Chauffeurs will wait a maximum of 60 minutes and 30 minutes by the Airport other place of pick up, respectively. With prior agreement, other arrangements can be made.

Supplement night
20% additional charges for services between 08 pm to 07 am.

Included in the service price
Fuel, tolls, parking. We will assist you anytime you'll need a reliable and fast transportation service in Italy.
